SME Business Advisor
A career in PR and marketing spanning almost 25 years, plus an MA in Marketing from Kingston University Business School, has meant that I have been involved in just about every aspect of the marketing mix, from writing press releases to project managing specialist professionals in the development and implementation of key strategic processes e.g. corporate/product re-branding, company mergers, internal change management.
I have worked in both consumer and business-to-business marketing, on products and services, for agencies and in-house and for both small and large organisations.
Since moving to Cardiff, I have been working as a business advisor with a wide range of SMEs, helping them to develop objective views of their businesses, identify areas requiring change, develop business plans and then aid in their implementation, either through hands-on work or referral to other specialist support agencies.
